Yes — always. MKC pulls every permit required for the work we perform. We never hand that responsibility back to the homeowner or tenant.

For most residential remodels we work from the homeowner's vision and produce the drawings needed for permit. For projects that require architect or engineer stamped plans, we coordinate that as part of our scope.

A typical kitchen remodel runs 6–10 weeks from permit approval to punch list, depending on scope and material lead times. We give you a project schedule before work starts.
