Flat-Fee Pricing.
No Surprises.

No hourly rates. No revision fees. No invoice for every city question we answer. We quote a flat fee, you know the number, and we handle everything until the permit closes.

Permit Pricing

Every project is quoted as a flat fee. The ranges below reflect the scope and complexity we see most often.

Simple Scope

$600

Starting price

Minimal scope — single trade or single item (e.g., windows only), work already complete, straightforward filing with no substantial damage involvement.

Standard Permit

$900

Most common

Full residential or commercial permit — standard scope, single or primary trade, standard county review process. Covers the master permit and all included services.

Multi-Trade

$900 +

Base + per-trade additions

Each additional trade (plumbing, gas, HVAC, roofing, electrical) adds $300–$500 per trade. Specialty trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) up to $750 each when standalone. Multi-trade bundles quoted at a discount — as low as $600 across all trades combined.

Trade Add-On Reference

Plumbing

$300–$750

HVAC / AC

$300–$750

Electrical

$300–$750

Gas

$300–$500

Roofing

$300–$500

Bundle pricing is available when multiple trades are pulled together — always quoted as a flat fee before any work begins.

Engineering Letter Pricing

Flat-fee engineering letters signed and sealed by our Engineer of Record (PE42462). No waiting on outside firms.

Standard Letter

$900 – $1,000

Most common

Standard engineering letter with one inspection — no further inspections required. Covers the most common residential and commercial letter requests.

Additional Inspections

+$150 – $200

Per inspection beyond the first

When a project is partially complete and requires multiple inspection visits, each additional inspection after the first is billed at a flat per-visit rate.

Complex Letter

~$1,500

Letter only

Difficult or multi-system engineering letters — substantial complexity, after-the-fact affidavits for major scopes, or letters requiring detailed structural analysis.
